Homemade Face Masks with Pumpkin

You will need: 2 tablespoons of mashed pumpkin, 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal, 2 teaspoons of natural low-fat yogurt.

Mix the ingredients well until you get a smooth paste. Using your finger tips apply the pumpkin mask on the face with circular massaging movements. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes. After all wash off with lukewarm water and pad your face dry.

Rejuvenating Face Mask with Pumpkin

You will need: 1 tablespoon of mashed pumpkin, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of olive oil or grape seed oil (or any other oil of your choice).

Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Apply the resulting mixture on face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. If the mask begins to dry out, apply another layer. Rinse your face with warm water, wipe the skin with soft tonic lotion.

Moisturizing Face Mask with Pumpkin

You will need: 1 tablespoon of mashed boiled pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of vitamin E (available at any drugstore), 1 egg yolk, 1/3 teaspoon of sea salt, ½ fresh cucumber.

Rub one cucumber on a small grater until smooth paste. Add other ingredients and mix well. Using your fingertips apply a thick layer of this pumpkin mask on clean face. Leave it on the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water.

Nourishing Face Mask with Pumpkin

You will need: 2 cups of pureed, freshly cooked, or canned pumpkin, 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 4 tablespoons of honey, 1/3 cup of ground almonds, 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil.

Mix all of the ingredients together, and apply to clean, damp skin. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes. Wipe your face clean with a washcloth.
