I’m 27 and I suffer from pimples and break outs. Packs on the basis of chamomile decoction significantly help reduce acne and blackheads. I use chamomile packs twice a week for two months already and I already notice pleasant changes in overall skin condition. Chamomile application has never caused some discomfort or allergy and I suggest it is the most effective home remedy for oily skin prone to acne.

I’ll share a recipe which I use very often for my face. I use chamomile lotion for acne and blackheads. Prepare chamomile infusion and add 1 teaspoon of vodka. Wipe your face 1-2 times a day using this chamomile toner. If you have very sensitive skin, then skip adding vodka to the recipe. Chamomile can cure acne, boils and wounds – I use it regularly and already see the results! The alcohol-based toner disinfects and dries the skin surface while removing the signs of inflammation, thanks to anti-inflammatory properties of chamomile. I like it!

I have tried chamomile tea for my dry skin. I love it!!! I like to prepare ice cubes based on chamomile decoction and in the morning I wipe the face with it! First, it invigorates and helps to wake up. Second, it reduces puffiness and visibly reduces dark circles under the eyes. Third, it improves skin complexion and makes the skin glowing and soft. Fourth, it avoids inflammation on the skin (I mean all sorts of pimples). I recommend this natural products to all girls!

Chamomile tea works wonderful for acne and skin redness. Heat a bag of chamomile tea, not too hot and apply it on your breakout twice a day for 10 minutes. It will dry out your skin a little bit. If you want to have a toning effect, then prepare chamomile infusion, place it into spray bottle and use it every day before makeup. It refreshes skin very well!

I tried to use this chamomile tea as a toner to calm down the redness of my skin. However, for some unknown reason it didn’t work at all! In fact, it made the redness even more visible. I have sensitive skin and seems to me, chamomile tea bags are not suitable for it. They dry out my skin and leave some feeling of discomfort.

My skin is prone to acne. Terrible! I was so sick of poking at it trying to get something to come to the surface! I put a chamomile tea bag in hot water for a few seconds, then put it on affected area for about 5 minutes and then take it off. My skin is currently looks clean and I feel happy with that! Also, I like to use homemade chamomile toner in the morning before makeup. I apply it on clean face and then splash it with cool water. My face looks fresh and taut!

This is one of the best natural toner I’ve ever used. It is so refreshing! It feels nourishing and moisturizing to put it on the face after cleansing. Most importantly it feels safe that it is all natural without any chemical agents in it. I apply chamomile tea on face in the evening after removing makeup so my skin feel relaxed. I like it!

I like the way the chamomile tea makes my skin feel. However, I don’t like that herbal smell. Sometimes I put few drops of ylang ylang essential oil to make it better. I have rosacea-prone skin, and have often read about the anti-inflammatory properties of chamomile. I brew my own strong concoction of pure chamomile tea – 2 bags to one cup of tea, and when the bags cooled, placed the bags on my face for 30 minutes. It is great! It did not get rid of acne completely but eliminated the pink spots. I keep the cup of tea I had brewed in the refrigerator overnight and repeat the process the next day, dipping cotton pads in the chamomile tea and placing them over my face. It definitely helps!
